What makes your product different from big box store Christmas lights?

We're glad you asked! From start to finish, we take care in how our products are designed and manufactured. Our lights are commercial-grade quality, meaning they're built to better withstand the elements season after season. Each of our products are tested for one year before being put to market, and are actually backed by a warranty unlike most big box store lights. For more information about our warranty program, click here.

How many lights should I put on my Christmas tree? How many lights should I put on my roofline?

We love using this free online Christmas tree calculator to help us determine how many lights to put on a conical tree! Whether you're canopy wrapping, or using trunk and branch wrapping technique, we recommend reading this blog to gain a sense of how many lights you may need for your project.

If you're hoping to calculate what length of lights you need for your roofline, we recommend using a measuring wheel around the perimeter of the parts of your house you'd like to light up. You may be able to rent one from your local hardware store. It's also possible to measure straight rooflines in Google Maps - follow the how to steps here. Don't forget to account for any additional floors or dormers you might like to light up! Most people will opt for 12" spacing for their rooflines, but you can go for a lighter look with 15" socket wire, or pack a full punch with 6" spacing.

How do I use your (bulbs, plugs, clips, socket wire... etc.)?

We have a comprehensive collection of YouTube videos explaining how to use our products. If you don't see what you're looking for, get in touch with us.
