Payment Options

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Amex, and Interac E-Transfer (Canada only). Wire transfer and cheque options are available for corporate clients. Please contact us to arrange if the latter applies to you.

Charging Payments

Your credit card will be charged at the time of ordering, and your order will not be shipped until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel your order after it is made for any reason, and we may require additional verification regarding payment before your order is shipped.

Taxes and Duties

Duties have been accounted for in the cost of our product. Taxes will be added at the time of payment based on your province or state, and taxes may show up in full before your transaction is put through if you are exempt. If you are a tax-exempt customer in British Columbia or Washington, please contact us to provide your tax number.

Changing Payment Method

If you realize you’ve used the wrong payment method, your payment can be refunded and charged by a different method up to 30 minutes from the time you placed your order, during store hours only. Please contact us from 8:30am - 4:30pm PST Monday-Friday.

Store Credit

If you have an existing store credit, you can check the “Apply Store Credit” check box to deduct the credit from your total while checking out during your next order. Make sure you are logged in to access it!
