SHIPPING INFO & DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping Carriers
Below are the Shipping Carriers we use to send our packages across North America.
FedEx Ground: Majority of orders in both Canada and the US
CSA Transportation: Large orders that require pallets in both Canada and the US
Diamond Delivery: Large orders that require pallets for some locations in Canada
Novex: Larger orders for Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver) delivery
Canada Post: Delivery to PO boxes and some off season shipments
FedEx Express: See express section below for details on how to have items express shipped
International Shipping
At this time we only ship within Canada and to the Continental United States. Manual orders can be placed for customers in Alaska and Hawaii, and will be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us if you are in either of these states and wish to place an order.
Shipping Timelines
In Season: September 1 - December 31
Please allow 1 day for your order to be processed before shipment.Orders shipped with FedEx Ground: 1-6 business days
Off Season: January 1 - August 31
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before shipment.Orders shipped with FedEx ground: 1-6 business daysOrders shipped with Canada Post: Up to 14 days

Express Shipping
We ship our express orders with FedEx, with a variety of options available to you at check out:
• FedEx Economy® - 3 business days (daily cutoff 11am PST)
• FedEx 2Day® - 2 business days (daily cutoff 11am PST)
• FedEx Standard Overnight® - 1 business day (daily cutoff 11am PST)
• FedEx Priority Overnight® - 1 business day (daily cutoff 11am PST)

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you didn’t receive your shipping confirmation, please check your junk mail or contact us.
Pallet Sized Orders
Someone must be home or at the delivery location to receive a pallet-sized order. A delivery appointment will be booked by the carrier before delivery. In some cases, a courtesy call will be made prior.
Redirecting Orders
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect a shipment after it has been shipped!
If you notice within the first 30 minutes of making your order, please contact us and we will update your order address.
Late Orders
The delivery times provided by our shipping carriers are estimates only. If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping has expired, and tracking information does not help, please contact us immediately. Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be taken to the carrier's depot or returned to our warehouse. You must report to us any undelivered order within 14 days of the date you placed the order. We are not responsible for errors made by our shipping partners, and we advise our customers to consider adding Route Shipping Insurance to their orders at checkout for peace of mind.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
In Canada, we can ship to PO Boxes, though delivery time may vary compared to our usual FedEx Ground shipping.
