We warranty to the original buyer that all of our products will be free from manufacturer’s defects. Under normal conditions of use, this protection is extended for three seasons on electrical wiring and accessories, two seasons on all replaceable bulbs, and one season on LED Light Strings. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part this is found to be defective. 
For the purpose of this warranty, one season is defined as one installation and removal for a duration lasting no more than 120 consecutive days.
All items not specifically listed are covered by a one season (120 day) warranty.
Labour to install/remove and cost of shipping are not included in this warranty and are expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Bulb burnouts or electrical damage caused by the buyer or weather elements, or damage caused by rough handling, or transit are not covered by this warranty. Therefore, units should be inspected and tested for bulb outage upon delivery and prior to installation. All merchandise is carefully inspected before packing and is packed in an approved manner in approved cartons when it leaves the warehouse.

Returns Policy
All returned products will result in a 25% restocking fee and the customer will incur the freight charges.
Big Star Lights will accept returns if:
1. within 30 days of purchase date
2. the customer ordered incorrect product
3. never opened or used the product
No returns will be accepted under any circumstance after December 1 of the same year it was purchased.
No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Return requests will be accepted for credit only. Custom and all non-stocked items are non-returnable.
Missing or Incorrect Product Policy
If there is product missing from your order or if the incorrect product is delivered, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the entire shipment. Always check your tracking information first as multi-piece shipments are not always delivered at one time. After 48 hours, you will be responsible for purchasing the correct item again.
